Description

1. Quantitative method:The data station provides various quantitative methods for calculating the compound concentration of a sample. The methods include external standard method, internal standard method, normalization method and input calibration value method. The program allows a maximum of 1000 different compounds for an analysis. Each compound will be calibrated with polynomial regression equation. The system allows a variation on retention time for each compound.

2. Method for calibration curve:Either peak area or peak height is acceptable for establishing a calibration curve.

3. Regression method on calibration curve: Least square method was used to establish the calibration curve with first to 5th degree polynomial equation.

The system allows the user to add 0 to the polynomial equation for regression. The system provides R-sqr value for each regression equation.

A calibration curve is drawn with SD and CV %.

4. The concentration of calibration standards: The calibration system allows a maximum of 50 set of calibration standards.

5. Coefficient calculation:The data system provides 4 set of sample preparation coefficients for the user to convert the analyte into the sample concentration.
